Video shows scale/bagger combo running at 150 bags/min
This video from Yamato shows a single-tube scale/bagger combo operating at a real-world speed of 150 bags/min with great weighing accuracy.
System shown running hole punch jaws but capable of speeds up to 220 bags/min. Watch video to see how new parabolic design of the scale's discharge chute eliminates product swirling. VFFS bag machine features dual jaw action for high speeds. Applications include high speed, small package weights such as vend packs, on up to 1lb+ packages. Runs candies, nuts, snacks, fresh and frozen products.
