The machine seals are made with independent sealing stations resulting in material print requirements that are far less stringent than on traditional machines, saving money on film. Continuous motion forming, filling, and sealing brings significant speed gains compared to intermittent machine. An innovative approach to modularity and the control of the machine makes it easy to service and reconfigure as needed. Funnels that travel with the pouches provide more time to get products into the pouch than on single point fill machines.
