All-mechanical tray former

With its built-in quick size changeover system, changing from one size to another takes minutes. An extended hopper option allows loading of the hopper for non-stop production. The tray former features: heavy-duty, welded steel frame; mechanical low-maintenance drive; sealed ball bearings in the blank transfer section with self cleaning tracks; venturi vacuum technology for tray extraction from the hopper; Omron programmable logic control; and a Nordson glue system. Color touch screen user interface allows adjustment of glue patterns, trouble shooting and full access to all functions and timing of the machine.
