Gas-powered heat tunnel
Douglas Machine’s Contour™ gas-powered heat tunnel provides up to 75% energy savings and decreases production downtime with a shorter heat-up time.
Tunnels heat from 75-360 degrees F in 15 minutes, cutting the heat-up
time by almost 30%. A burner design optimizes heat distribution while
minimizing emissions. The burner utilizes a patent-pending burner box
design to ensure even heat distribution and maximize burn efficiency.
Provides minimal graphic distortion, consistent bull’s-eyes and a tight,
durable wrap. Uses Douglas’ proprietary laminar airflow to precisely
balance the tunnel’s heated air.
