The RETROSMART™ Photoelectric Sensor from Tri-Tronics is a universal object sensor specifically designed to perform difficult clear and shiny sensing tasks at high speeds.

Detects clear or translucent, full or empty PET bottles and containers without false signals or chattering in 100 microseconds. Also detects shiny metal containers without proxing, and clear webs of plastic material or shrink wrap. The sensor can also distinguish single or double sheets of clear material.
