Reduced PFOA content
DuPont has announced significant progress in developing LX Platform—new high-performance products with reduced PFOA content that provide sustainable solutions to customers.
In its fluorotelomer products, the company has reduced PFOA content in aqueous dispersion products using new DuPont™ Echelon™ technology. Through this technology, the company has reduced PFOA content in converted products by at least 97%. The technology will be used for durable coatings in applications such as industrial and consumer products.
