Conveying PVC cards

BRECOflex’s newly developed Hytrel® HT Elastic 40+ Silicone belt is designed to position and convey PVC cards in card printers, card readers, and card handling devices, avoiding any slippage.

Silicone-coated carrying side of the belt provides good adhesion for PVC cards (also in vertical belt drive designs), while the Hytrel® provides a smooth surface at the running side for pulley contact. Belt is made without carcass, offering high elasticity and ability to be used with fixed shaft centers. Belt length, width, and thickness may be customized to suit any application requirement.
