Accu-Sort Systems (Telford&#44 PA) has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the Allen-Bradley Adaptascan bar-code scanner line from Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee&#44 WI).

Accu-Sort will assume full ownership and the exclusive right to sell the line effective October 1.
