Illinois Tool Works (Glenview, IL) has acquired AMI/Recpro (Atlanta, GA), making it part of the Consumer Packaged Goods business of ITW's Minigrip/Zip-Pak (Manteno, IL).
AMI/Recpro will retain its name and operations and management will remain in Atlanta GA operating as a div. of Minigrip/Zip-Pak.
