Golden Flake: Conveying, spicing, weighing of potato chips

Specialized vibrating conveyors from FastBack (via turnkey system supplier Heat & Control) help reduce potato chip breakage through a slow-forward&#44 fast-backward gliding motion.

Chips are conveyed from processing through accumulation and then up an incline conveyor. At a mezzanine level chips are conveyed through a spicing station just before reaching a dispersion table where they gently fall into computerized weigh scales.
