Avail Medical: Upgraded vf/f/s pharma poucher
At this contract packager of medical and pharmaceutical products, isolated in a curtained area, the vf/f/s machine drops the six-up packets to a takeaway conveyor at a rate of 60 cycles/min.
On the back of the machine the pad material is unwound and slit from roll stock. A custom mechanism cuts folds and inserts a pad into each packet. The packets are also filled with a 1-gram antiseptic solution.
