A.R.C.: Computerized netweigher for roofing nails

Roofing nails are distributed by a vibratory feeder to the vf/f/s cone&#44 which spreads them to the ring of 14 sets of buckets. The computer-controlled buckets provide the nails three-buckets-at-a-time to the bagger and onto a takeaway conveyor at a rate to 40/min of the 50-count&#44 1.5-lb bags. Equipment was supplied by Batching Systems.
