Fasteners are sorted&#44 individually counted by the optical-based units&#44 and deposited into a 60?-long heavy-duty indexing bucket conveyor. The bol counter shown is one of 10 side-by-side units, plus two Thru-Wall bolt feeders‹that supply fasteners such as washers to a vf/f/s bagger at a rate to 40 filled buckets/min. Equipment was supplied by Batching Systems.
