Christian Book Distributors: Packaging books for e-commerce orders

At the same time two different sizes of corrugated corrugated blanks are plucked from magazines and placed on a conveyor parallel to the books. A laser measures the height width and length of each order. Next a servo-driven pushing arm (servo technology from Bosch Rexroth) pushes each order precisely onto the corrugated based on the measurements in the preceding step. The machine from Delta Systems works at a cycle speed of 30 packages/min.
