Cartoner is designed and built around third generation digital servo motion control. The result is a compact cartoner with an insertion method that propels&#44 not pushes&#44 products into cartons. This eliminates pushed insertion jams and mechanisms such as barrel loaders&#44 product trays&#44 pusher arms&#44 and confiner assemblies. At speeds to 100 cartons/min&#44 machine has fast&#44 5-min changeovers.
