70 ppm partition inserter

See this video clip of the SF-400 Quattro Partition Inserter from Wayne Automation, designed for the higher production speeds needed by packagers inserting up to 70 plus conventional multi-cell partitions per minute. Ideal for brewery applications.

The Quattro picks four partitions at a time from two dual magazines and sends them via the transporter to the insertion head. The partitions are then simultaneously opened and inserted into four awaiting cases. The servo-controlled inserter head, transporter, and case handling shuttle facilitate precision partition placement, reduced maintenance, and simplified job changeovers.
