Simple & Reliable Case Erector
This Model 330 case erector is powerful, with continuous motion drive and servo case sealing ram for speeds to 35 cpm. The self-indexing auxiliary case magazine assures a continuous case supply to the erector. As each stack is used, another moves into position maximizing time between refills. This case erector has self-adjusting, spring- loaded grippers that assure proper case feed from uneven stacks of warped or band-marked cases. Their unique "floating" design allows them to operate independently to grip each case firmly and provide a consistent and reliable case feed. The major case flaps are gripped firmly as the heavy-duty rear flap tucker folds the inner flap, ensuring efficient flap folding and sealing. It’s smart, with PLC electronics that simplify operation and diagnostics, touch screen controls, easy-refill case magazine and quick changeover.
