Full 360-degree bottle inspection to 800 bottles/min

Lomax 360 Full View system from CIVision uses four cameras to provide full-surround inspection of round bottles at very high speeds. CIVCore software can stitch multiple images together to unwrap a single "full view" for a complete inspection. Tasks of label presence, skew, placement, and identification can all be handled in a single operation of unoriented containers.
