A video from Quadrel Labeling systems illustrates a custom top/bottom machine applying wipe-on labels to individually shrink-wrapped soap bars.
These hand-loaded custom machines offer +/- 1/32 inch accuracy for top/boom wipe-on labeling of individually shrink-wrapped products. Used in the personal care, cosmetics, consumer goods, food, household, and promotional industries, these machines are highly reliable and affordable. The system offers a throughput of up to 80 ppm.
