Food, beverage, and pharma liquid aseptic f/f/s machine with closure applicator

Video from Fres-Co shows FDA-validatable FSU1000 form/fill/seal machine for liquid food, beverage and pharma applications. Video shows automated fitment applicator for applying closures. Includes demonstration of clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place capabilities.

Depending on pouch volume and number of lanes, Fres-co System's FSU1000 produces 15-500 ppm. The model is a fully automatic VFFS with low acid aseptic FDA validated operation. Features include: inert gas blanketing in product fill area, various filling options, complete SIP and CIP controls with HEPA filters and H202 distribution. The FSU1000 works with a variety of multi ply high barrier films. Finished packages are 3 side and 4 side sealed pouches, with a capacity range of 10 ml-10 liters.
