Air cushion delivery system

With a dispensing speed of 180 LF/minute, the Speed Feeder provides 50% faster packing speeds and reduced material usage, compared with the company’s previous packing system. Other benefits include ease of use, flexibility and portability. The system is programmable to yield strings of a set number of cushions, or a single, continuous cushion string without the packer having to manually tear the cushions. A foot pedal override feature also lets the operator fill a larger box without a permanent setting change.
