High-speed automatic packaging line

Designed for confectionery products, CAMA’s high-speed automatic packaging line is composed of a multiple delta robot loading unit, combined with a high speed flow-wrapping machine and conveyors.

This new application feeds products at high speed into the vertical race track of the compact monoblock loading unit (patent pending). The flow-wrapped products are then packed in a carton and finally inserted into an electronic case packer. With the monoblock loading unit, size changing can be carried out by the operator in a completely automatic way supported by servo-motor controls and using no tools.
