Wayne Automation’s quick changeover, dual-head SF-400EA/2 Servo Partition Inserter features T-Bar quick change tooling with automated machine adjustments which significantly reduces changeover time. See it at PACK EXPO Booth #S-2636.
Designed for manufacturers who require multiple changes from one
partition style or size to another, the T-Bar Quick Change Package
includes interchangeable T-Bar partition arm assemblies with preset
gearboxes that are swapped in and out of the partition inserter during
changeover. Working in conjunction with an HMI interface, push button
controls automatically lock-in the T-Bars and magazine pick vacuum cups
while motorized magazine top gate and case conveyor adjustments
facilitate rapid repositioning.
