High-speed sleever

Z Automation’s Model SL7.5 300C sleever is a continuous motion sleever designed to pack retort bowls into sleeves at a rate of 300 sleeves/min.

The sleeving cartoner sleeves products and seals the top of the sleeve, rather than the bottom. Product is flipped over so it is packed into the sleeve upside down. A glue seal is then applied to the top of the sleeve. Sleeve blanks are loaded from the sleeve magazine through a high-speed, 4-spindle rotary feeder. The system can also change over to run cartons.
