The wrap around cartoner reduces material costs up to 15% on flat blank cartons versus pre-glued cartons, according to the company. Also reduces floor space requirements by half. Designed for fast, reliable changeover. Eliminates the upstream side seam gluer so no conveyance is required. Carton is wrapped around product and the manufacturer’s flap is glued within the cartoner. Modular design provides flexibility and efficiency. Cartoner may be combined with Aagard’s case packer or palletizer for a integrated system.
