Robotic vertical packer
BluePrint Automation’s Robotic Vertical Packer features a small footprint, patented high-speed collation method, and hands-free changeover between different product and case sizes--virtually no manual adjustments necessary.
Designed for packing fragile products such as bags of chips and other
snacks and flexible packages, the packer eliminates costly change parts
(i.e. multiple end-effectors and cassettes) and maximizes case
utilization. Packs small bags at 120+ bags/minute, and provides gentle
and controlled bag handling. Its small footprint accommodates tight
bagger centerline. Offers standard bag seal checking with optional
integrated reusable case erector.
