Tray loading system

Triangle’s high speed bowl and tray loading system is designed for HMR’s and microwaveable trays, whether the application is to fill the entire container or a targeted section.

The system combines a Triangle A918 inline combination weigher with a custom-designed rotary wheel depositor. Typical products run on the system include proteins, vegetables, pastas and any other product that needs to be gently placed into a rigid container. The weigher also has blending capabilities and is operated by Rockwell Automation’s ControlLogix. Add multiple weighers to the system for expanded blending capabilities. System speed is up to 140 containers/minute.
