Pro Mach's Wexxar division acquires IPak
Pro Mach, Inc. announces that its Wexxar Packaging division has acquired IPak Machinery Ltd., a leading designer and manufacturer of corrugated tray forming solutions based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
“We are pleased to add the IPak tray forming product line to Wexxar’s
existing case erecting and case sealing solutions and to the Pro Mach
End-of-Line family of packaging products,” said Mark Anderson, Pro Mach

upgrading our product line through development and acquisition and IPak
tray formers are proven, high quality solutions that match extremely
well with Wexxar’s exceptional RSC solutions.”
With the acquisition of IPak, Wexxar adds a durable line of fully automatic tray formers engineered to withstand heavy-duty applications for decades of reliable service.
