Paper-handle applicator

The applicator applies Roberts PolyPro paper handles at speeds of up to 200 cartons/minute with an accuracy of +/- .06 in. (1.5 mm). Applicator mounts next to any folder gluer and is easy to clean, adjust and set-up. Quick access for operators to key components, such as the applicator’s Nordson four-gun glue system and its transport conveyor, ensures optimum uptime. Paper handles from Roberts PolyPro provide a maximum pull strength rating of over 150 pounds (68 kilos), come in three sizes--6.5, 7.5, and 8.5 in. long (16.5, 19.1, and 21.6 cm)--and are offered with standard or reinforced structures.
