Complete packaging line

The case erector moves the case into the taping station where the bottom major flaps are then folded and the case is driven past the taping head. The erected case is discharged from the machine onto a conveyor system where each case can be filled before entering the top-sealing portion. The top case sealer automatically folds all four top flaps and seals the case. The sealed case then exits the machine, ready to be palletized. Built for 24/7 operations, the line is constructed with heavy-duty steel, polycarbonate guarding and powder-coated finish.
