Re-engineered robot

ESS Technologies has re-engineered its V 30 vertical robotic case packer to incorporate automation controls from Rockwell Automation.

It also includes a Fanuc robot and ESS-designed end-of-arm tooling to create a case form/load/seal system with a small footprint. Can handle jars, bottles (plastic or glass), tubes, bags, and/or cartons at speeds to 30 cases/min. Quick-change end effectors allow faster changeover for multiple applications. Case sealing options include self-adhesive tape or hot-melt glue.
