Resin for clear drink cups

Total M3282MZ, from Total Petrochemicals, is a 2.3 g/10min melt flow clarified metallocene homopolymer formulated for the sheet extrusion thermoforming market.

Total M3282M has the clarity of a random copolymer, but the stiffness of a homopolymer. The polymer uses 25% less plastic than PET cups and emits 45%t less greenhouse gasses during the production process, according to the company.
