All-electric labeler

Diagraph’s Platinum E-Series labeler is an all-electric system that does not use compressed air, providing up to 50% less energy costs compared to pneumatic systems.

Additional features of the Platinum E-Series include portability—the system moves easily from one production line to another without air hoses getting in the way; reliability—typical MTBF of 25 million cycles means less maintenance and downtime; and ease of use—fewer controls than a comparable pneumatic system. The system also has a counter-rotating blade fan that secures labels during application to avoid label skew on user’s product, and offers a wide label range, applying labels 1 to 6 in. wide and up to 13 in. long.
