Morrison Container Handling Solutions has introduced the high-speed, servo-driven Orienter 400.
Equipped with a sensing container orientation vision system, the unit is manufactured to customer specification for specific applications. Capable of handling containers at speeds to 400 cpm, providing good control, synchronization, and throughput. Accepts containers with random orientation and discharges them in proper orientation so they may be conveyed to next downstream destination. Features include compact footprint, easy maintenance, and fast, easy changeovers.
