Software tool for palletizing

With this new software, robot-based palletizing is achieved through comprehensive configuration of application-related parameters. The offline PC-based configurator is easily connected to the ABB robot controller and operated from touch screen on the ABB FlexPendant. PickMaster 5.0 integrates pallet pattern and product configurations. It matches application data with robot knowledge to form automatically generated robot operations including advanced coordinated gripper control for single or multiple product placing.
