Pick-And-Place

New from Polypack, the ROKH™ system’s robotic arm picks up products from an infeed conveyor at any angle and places the products directly onto the shrink film.

Products can be split, stacked, rotated, and collated into any desired configuration, while interchangeable grippers provide versatility to pick up products of various shapes and sizes. Intermittent- or continuous-motion bundler runs at speeds to 120 bundles/min, using 1 conveyor to transport product through sealing and shrinking process. Stages cases under pneumatically controlled flippers that hold flaps open and guide shrink-wrapped products into the cases.
