High-capacity case printer

Iconotech introduces its Optimizer High Capacity (HC) case printer. Machine increases productivity up to four times that of the standard Optimizer&#44 printing both RSC cases and thinner die-cut blanks.

Machine has a 4’ infeed magazine that can accommodate 200 cases or blanks. It can run at speeds of 60 cases/min. RSC cases and/or die-cut blanks are placed in bulk in the vertical feeder at a 15º forward angle. A vacuum pick system pulls the lower edge of each front case forward and drops in onto the horizontal feeder which moves the product to the print cylinder.
