Hugger belt labeler

Label-Aire has introduced its Model 3115 Hugger Belt Labeling System&#44 designed to label hard-to-accommodate products using dual-side Linatex hugger belts.

Belts move and suspend the unlabeled product face-down at conveyor speed. Labels are applied from underneath using a single Model 3115 Wipe-On labeling head at speeds to 200 products/min. Accommodates product widths from 1” to 4” and with a label placement accuracy of ± 1¼32”.
