Servo equipped automatic sleeve labeler

SleeveCo introduces its Automatic Sleeve Labeler Model 3900. Machine is equipped with a servo motor that gives exact positional feedback. It is currently rated to run 75 bottles/min.

Servo allows machine to be both faster and smoother directly driving each axis eliminating most of the wear parts that used to require inspection each shift for adjustment or replacement. The servo also allows for electronic overload clutching making the machine safer. Company says the life expectancy of this new machine is much higher than that of older machines.
