The Smart-Bin collation system is a unique combination of high speed accumulating and collating when added to BluePrint Automation's robotic pick and place case packers.
This collation system provides positive product placement with accumulation! With pocketed collation variables that effect nonpocketed collation systems are eliminated giving you accurate product placement every time!
Frictionless and zero back pressure accumulation and collation
Less maintenance
Very few moving parts: Extremely simple design making maintenance virtually a thing of the past!
Can be added to any BluePrint Automation pick and place system
Speed: Up to 400 (on demand) indexes per minute (actual speeds vary depending on type and size of package)
Drive: A Conotar driven collation system with Subacki chain drive.
Each Smart-Bin is custom engineered to your specific package type size range and speed requirements.
