ICS Inex Inspection Systems introduces its Gemini 3D non-contact label inspection system that utilizes new 3-D virtual imaging technology to confirm product attributes of rigid containers with round or cylindrical shapes.

System uses a new proprietary 3-D graphic technology that captures label detail at high resolution allowing inspection of the entire label system on a single unwrapped image. Gemini 3D inspects containers without orientation eliminating a costly step from the inspection process. Provides 100% inspection of containers including multiple labels and graphics from the container base to the top seal including the cap or cap seal.
