Bagged bottle shipping

The new PERFect Pack™ system from Alpha Packaging uses layers of perforated plastic bags to form a “brick” of bagged&#44 unfilled vitamin and supplement bottles that can be stacked onto a pallet for economical and convenient shipping.

System eliminates wasted “head space” in corrugated shipper boxes enabling more products to be packed on each truckload and into limited warehouse space. Also said to improve ergonomics for personnel allowing them to handle each layer of bottles separately.
