Leaflet tipping system

Longford offers a machine that feeds and tips multifolded pharmaceutical leaflets onto other leaflets&#44 backer cards&#44 or carriers at speeds to 18&#44000 leaflets/hour with an accuracy of ± 1/32”.

Fully integrated system is centrally controlled using the Longford Policing Control System. It feeds and tips products such as leaflets (folded or nonfolded) inserts coupons booklets phone cards stamps CDs and more. System includes two Longford C350 friction feeders one Doboy flighted in feed conveyor and one Nordson Pro-Blue 7 glue system.
