The Coalition also claims that companies in India and Thailand have been unfairly subsidized by their respective governments.
The petitioning members of the Coalition include DAK Americas LLC NanYa Plastics Corp. America Voridian a division of Eastman Chemical and Wellman Inc. The petitions were developed by counsel Howrey Simon Arnold & White LLP at 202/383-6527.
