Long-item bundling

EAM-Mosca introduces the fully automatic ROM-RI strapping system for bundling long items such as wood moldings and plastic or aluminum extrusions. Designed to strap bundled products conveyed across the strapper table rather than lengthwise through an arch or fixed strap track.

Track is built in 2 halves each housed below the tabletop. Once product is in position electrically powered strap track rises above table to form an arch straps the product and then retracts. Throughput capacity is 15 bundles/min. System accommodates PP strapping from 5mm to 1?2”W.
