Case packer for jugs

Wayne Automation Corp. introduces the BWCP-40 bottled water case packer for the packing of difficult-to-handle 2.5-gal jugs. Machine handles 24/7 operation at speeds to 40 jugs/min.

Machine is designed to pack filled jugs into erected bliss cases. A unique grouping system loads the jugs with their spouts up eliminating pallet load loss due to leakers. The integrated top sealer has a special gluing system designed to safeguard against glue being applied where it is not desired.
