Zipper applicator

Amotek&#44 a div. of the Optima Machinery Corp.&#44 offers a new zipper closure feature and optional top perforation on its horizontal bag filling and sealing X1 machine. By using center-folded PE or PP film in reel&#44 the X1 automatically makes the bag&#44 incorporates the zipper element&#44 and moves it to the feeding station for product insertion.

The compact machine can be fed manually automatically or directly while connected to any production line.
