Checkweigher for tough-to-handle pouches

The Apha PW-12 powered checkweigher weighs up to 200 irregularly shaped or unsupported pouches/min at an accuracy of +- 0.5 g. It easily integrates into existing lines and accepts flexible or rigid packages up to 8 lb in sizes to 14’’ x 8’’.

Available with choice of reject mechanisms and with optional infeed and outfeed conveyors. Can be supplied with a complete line including unscrambler filler PW-12 checkweigher metal detector labeler capper sealer and rotary accumulator. Advanced controls package of touchscreen and statistical report capability is standard; controls options such as linkage to data network are available.
