Updated printer software

Iconotech (Clinton&#44 CT) has completed the printer drivers for its DCP line of case printers for use with Windows NT 4.0&#44 2000&#44 and XP. Proprietary printer driver software adapts LabelWorks software for formatting both 11”x32” and 23”x32” print areas used by Iconotech’s digital case printers.

Printer driver allows varying the width of the bars and spaces in bar codes to assure readable codes on the printed corrugated surface. Once formatted print messages are then thermally imaged onto a 12”x38” or 24”x38” length of high-resolution printing film through which ink is transferred from the print cylinder to the shipping case.
