QC sampling system

A QC sampling system for pharmaceutical packaging from Klöckner Medipak (Clearwater&#44 FL) can be integrated easily into existing packaging processes and can be customized and expanded to meet individual applications and requirements.
By ,

QC sampling system is programmed to automatically remove and sequentially store samples for QC analysis at a regular interval during the packaging process making it easy to pinpoint when a problem occurred. System uses a 2-axis linear pick-and-place actuator and stop-pin mechanism to remove a sample from the conveyor. The sample is then placed on a servo-driven lowerator which stacks the sample into 1 of 2 magazines for storage and later QC analysis. Sample rate may be programmed according to elapsed time or per-piece count.
